Our refund and returns policy is designed to offer clarity and transparency for all purchases of our firefighting equipment and related products. Please review the details below:

Refund and Returns Policy Duration

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or special-order firefighting equipment
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Partial Refunds

In some circumstances, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Fire safety manuals, books, or guides with obvious signs of use
  • Opened and used fire safety DVDs, software, or training materials
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to post.
  3. Reach out to your bank—processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [Info@springextinguishers.co.ke].

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the gift was not marked as such or was sent to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
